• Follow for 4.8 miles to roundabout - take 1st exit onto A391 (signposted St. Austell, Penwithick)
• Follow for 1 mile to roundabout and take 2nd exit (signposted St. Austell) A391, follow A391 (St Austell) over 5 roundabouts
• At the bottom of the hill turn right onto A390 (St. Austell)
• At traffic signals turn left onto Holmbush Arch Road (signposted Charlestown)
• At roundabout take 1st left onto Crinnis Road (signposted Carlyon Bay)
• After 1 mile over speed himps turn right onto Sea Road - entrance to Carlyon Court is 1st on the right

By Rail

• Travel by rail to either St. Austell (3.2 miles) or Par (4.5 miles) and use local taxi companies to travel to Carlyon Court

By Air

• Regular flights from all over the UK and Europe arrive at Newquay Airport (23.5 miles) and Exeter Airport (83 miles). Please then follow directions by car as described above to A30.
