• From the A1 take the exit at Scotch Corner and take the A6108, signposted Richmond
• Pass through Richmond following the A6108, signposted Leyburn
• At Leyburn continue straight over the mini-roundabout onto the A684, signposted Hawes/ Aysgarth
• Continue on the A684 to West Witton passing through Wensley
• Turn left up the hill just past the Wensleydale Heifer, and Chantry Country Retreat is at the top of the lane

From the South

• From the A1 take the exit at Leeming Bar turn left onto the A684, signposted Bedale
• At the White Bear Pub turn right on to the A684, signposted Leyburn
• At the mini-roundabout in Leyburn take the 1st exit left onto the A684, signposted Hawes/ Aysgarth
• Continue on the A684 to West Witton passing through Wensley
• Turn left up the hill just past the Wensleydale Heifer, and Chantry Country Retreat is at the top of the lane
