Follow A68 and pass through Fir Tree
Turn left at roundabout, signposted Stanhope & Wolsingham

From the East

From A1 at Durham, take A690 or A689 towards Crook
Pass through Crook and follow A689 signposted Stanhope & Wolsingham
At roundabout with A68, go straight on towards Stanhope & Wolsingham
Drive through Wolsingham
The Kingfisher Country Park is on the left hand side about a mile after leaving Wolsingham, before Frosterley

From the North

From A1, take A69 towards Hexham
Turn left at roundabout onto A68 (signposted Darlington)
Turn right at B6278 for Edmundbyers & Stanhope
Pass through Edmundbyers, continue to Stanhope
At T Junction in Stanhope, turn left
Drive through Stanhope and Frosterley
The Kingfisher Country Park is on the right hand side, between Frosterley and Wolsingham

From A194 (South Tyneside)

Take A1 south
Exit at Chester Le Street/Stanley slip road
Turn right at roundabout heading for Stanley
Follow signs for Stanley, passing Beamish Museum
Pass two car garages (on left hand side), petrol station (on right hand side)
At large roundabout, turn left
At next roundabout, straight on
Pass Asda supermarket (on right hand side)
At traffic lights, straight on for approx 2 miles
At next roundabout, turn left towards Lancaster
Straight on for approx 2 miles
At T-junction, turn left onto A691
Take second right (Kings Head pub opposite, Church on left hand side) signposted Wolsingham
Straight on towards Wolsingham
Pass through Hollinside & Satley
At offset crossroads, straight on (Brown Horse pub on left)
