Why own a holiday home in the UK?
At Park Leisure we’re committed to providing our owners with a 5-star experience, from arriving at park, to relaxing in the spa, restaurant or owners’ lounge. Owning a holiday home with Park Leisure means different things to all our owners, but our commitment to ensuring your experience is as hassle-free and relaxing as possible is common throughout all our parks.
Choose to buy a holiday home with Park Leisure and you’ll benefit from:
Award winning parks
All of our parks, whether nestled deep in the countryside or sat proudly along the coast, have their own unique personality, but one thing that is consistent at every park is the service you receive.
Park Leisure parks are immaculately maintained throughout the year by our dedicated maintenance teams, and with stunning natural features such as waterfalls, rock faces, wildlife lakes and rivers, each park radiates beauty. It is this combined with our personal touch, attention to detail and hardworking teams that keep our parks enchanting for you and your family each and every visit.
Exclusive owners’ only events
We have a range of events on all of our parks throughout the year all organised by your dedicated park team. We know that for many people pets are considered as a member of the family so we often organise events which they can join in too, as well as parties, fun days, barbecues and hog roasts.
Several of our parks have on park gym and sporting facilities, ranging from state of the art heated swimming pools, steam rooms and saunas to outdoor sports courts and everything you need to keep fit in the gym.
Par Sands in Cornwall even has its very own pitch and putt, offering great fun for all the family. However don’t despair, those parks which don’t have on park fitness facilities have strong relationships with local leisure centres allowing you to work out whilst staying at your holiday home.
Pubs and restaurants
Park Leisure currently owns three bars and restaurants with plans to add to the portfolio throughout the coming years.
The Old Storehouse in Amble is seated overlooking the rugged Northumberland coastline. Using the best produce Northumberland has to offer, it is the home of delicious, fresh food.
The New Inn, located in a small village called Goonhavern in Cornwall, is Oyster Bay’s very own pub and one of the best places to eat in Cornwall serving delicious fresh food including pub classics.
Milo’s Italian Bistro, just steps away from Par Beach in Cornwall is Par Sands owners’ local pizzeria, serving delicious stone baked pizza and pasta overlooking the clear waters of the Cornish coast.
Communication is a big part of being a Park Leisure owner, which is why we ask you to fill out an owner experience survey each year. Your feedback means we’re able to identify key areas of development and investment in park teams and infrastructures, which will best benefit you as our owners.
Your online Owners’ Lounge lets you keep up to date with your park wherever you are; find out what’s happening on park, discover local events, enter competitions, read our quarterly magazine and even benefit from special offers and discounts available only to our owners.
At your leisure
Our owners’ only magazine ‘At your leisure’ keeps you updated with what’s going on at all of our award winning parks and showcases recent events and parties. As well as offering a ‘what’s on’ guide to local festivals, attractions and events, not to mention great articles and competitions for both children and adults.
