With holiday parks across the UK, we have a variety of positions within the Park Leisure family! From the stunning Cornwall coast to the scenic Yorkshire countryside, our parks have views that'll make you love coming to work every day.

But first, a little bit about us...

Since our journey began in 1997, we have strived to ensure we put all our owners and guests first at every opportunity. Fast forward to the present day, we're proud to say that Park Leisure now operates 11 holiday home parks throughout the UK, in stunning country and coastal locations including Cornwall, North Wales, Yorkshire, and Herefordshire. Each park is unique, offering different styles of accommodation and facilities to offer our owners and guests the best experience.

I joined Park Leisure in Spring 2018 which was a very worthwhile move for me. Located in Head Office in York, I joined the Marketing team, in which I'm now responsible for Digital Marketing. When I first started within the industry it was very male-dominated and there were not many women, so I do feel putting myself forward was slightly harder. However, with the introduction of a woman into a regional role, it gave me the confidence to speak up to her about my desire to develop within Park Leisure. I joined Park Leisure in 2019 as maternity cover for the Customer Care Managers role at Par Sands, sadly in 2020 COVID stopped me in my tracks but I came back in a sales role in March 2021 and in October 2021 I was offered the GM position. We have a strong female representation in the company and while many of the sales team, SMs, and GMs are male, at no point have I experienced any barriers which could be attributed to my gender. I have to say that the support I have received from my fellow GMs has been incredible.
