We’ve been working hard to improve the accessibility of holidays at Brynteg Coastal and Country Retreat and are pleased to announce the arrival of the Willerby Richmond holiday home.
The Richmond is a specially-designed, two-bedroomed holiday home, made to be completely accessible. Complete with two spacious bedrooms, wide access, low-threshold doors, low-level kitchen facilities and a generous and well-equipped wetroom, it’s been carefully designed to deliver the best experience to guests.
The luxury Brynteg park is one of the most popular in our 12-strong portfolio and offers a range of amenities including its own lakeside bistro and leisure complex with restaurant, bar, pool, gym and spa facilities.
The addition of the Richmond is designed to further enhance accessibility on park to meet the needs of our diverse customer base, and is part of the Park Leisure 2000 ltd group plans to make other parks as inclusive as possible.
Stuart Austin, General Manager at Brynteg Coastal and Country Retreat, said: “Brynteg is a truly idyllic location and one we hope to share with even more holidaymakers through the addition of the Richmond. We pride ourselves on delivering an industry leading guest experience, so considering varied needs and accommodating accordingly is essential to ensure we can uphold those standards.”
Neil Davies, Director of Holidays at Park Leisure 2000 Ltd, added: “Our Parks are located in some of the UK’s most outstanding areas of natural beauty. To enable everyone to share the experience, we must translate our passion for quality and service into something that works for all of our guests. This addition is just one of the ways we are working across our portfolio to increase inclusion.”
