From the 6th to 14th June the UK recognizes national bike week. With the nation working from home, cycling has been taken up by many households as an activity to keep fit and get some much needed fresh air! This week is all about celebrating cycling for fun and fitness.
The UK cycling organisation have found that cycling regularly results in a 46% lower risk of cardiovascular disease and you could reach a fitness level of someone 10 years younger!
