Make sure to ask your park if they close for any seasons; you’ll find that some operators close in October and don’t reopen until February or March; if that’s the case buying in September means you won’t be able to use your home for a number of months but may still be paying the fee’s! If seasons are important to you, April is the perfect time to by a caravan - and you can make the most of those bank holidays, too. Many holiday home manufacturers release new models in September for the future year, meaning you can get a bargain at the end of August as many parks need to sell their existing models from the current year. Whether it be ex-demo models from the showground, left over holiday homes in warehouses or even a bargain pre-loved model – this time of the year is always great to get a bargain.
