Our subletting service allows you to enjoy your holiday home whenever it suits you, and when you're not using your home you can earn an income to help offset the running costs of your holiday home.

Our team will be on-hand to help you find your perfect holiday home. With a wide choice of caravans and lodges for sale, with modern interiors, open-plan living, and decking options, we have something for all tastes and budgets.

Our team will help you to find your dream holiday home that's perfect for your holidays all year round, and also earns your required sublet income when your not using your home.

With different sublet plans available, our team will talk you through each option so you can decide which is right for you. Our fully-managed sublet scheme gives you have the flexibility to choose when to visit for yourself throughout the year, and when to allow your holiday home to be let to our holiday guests. With our GLEE sublet scheme (Guaranteed Letting Easy Earning), you can let your holiday home for 5-peak weeks throughout the year and relax knowing that your sublet income is guaranteed.

3. Leave the rest to us

Once you've chosen your holiday home and sublet plan, you can leave the rest to us!

Our team will manage all aspects of your customer holiday bookings, from marketing your holiday home on our website and through our selected booking agents, through to cleaning your holiday home and collecting all payments to credit to your account.

Our sublet service is a great way to enjoy the benefits of a luxury lifestyle on-park whenever you choose to visit, and to earn an income on the dates you choose to not visit your holiday home.

How much can I earn?

With our fully-managed sublet scheme, the more nights you agree to let your holiday home the more you could earn. Some other factors including the size and age of your holiday home should also be taken into account as some accommodation grades are more in demand. As a family-friendly park, school holiday dates are our busiest times, so agreeing to let during those times will give your more earnings. Pet-friendly accommodation is also very popular at Brynteg, so if you’re happy to welcome pets into your holiday home, there is the potential to gain more income too.

With our GLEE sublet scheme, your earnings are guaranteed once you select 5-peak weeks to let your holiday home. Depending which of our holiday accommodation grades your holiday home fits into, you can earn up to £4,550*.

What do I need to do to become part of the subletting service?

All you need to do is let us know when you wish to use your holiday home. Don’t worry if you change your mind, just give us a call and as long as a booking has not already been taken that cannot be reallocated, we would love to see you on-park. We'll take care of the rest...

What does Park Leisure do to help me let out my holiday home?

We will;

• Asses your holiday home to determine which of our accommodation grades it fits into. As a sublet owner, you will be responsible for ensuring your holiday home is maintained to the agreed grade.

• Let your holiday home out on your behalf. This includes being featured on our website, being distributed through third parties, and being included in marketing communications.

• Process the bookings including all pre-arrival information.

• Prepare your holiday home for guests, and look after them during their stay.

• Prepare your holiday home for your return.

What's the difference between the fully-managed sublet scheme and the GLEE scheme?

With our fully-managed sublet scheme you have the flexibility to choose when to visit for yourself throughout the year, and when to allow your holiday home to be let to our holiday guests. You can let your holiday home as many, or as few weeks as you wish, your income will then depend on how much you have let your holiday home during the year. With our GLEE sublet scheme (Guaranteed Letting Easy Earning), you are required to let your holiday home for 5-peak weeks throughout the year, you will then be guaranteed an income of up to £4,550* which will be credited to your owner account.
