Every park is different, and every park across the UK will charge different fees with some included in your site fees. So, it’s important you consider what you’ll be expected to pay when you join a holiday park.
Pitch fees cover essential works and services to maintain your holiday experience and high standards you’d expect around the park. These can vary by park, as can the elements they cover but as a guide they usually include water, maintenance team support, warranty and gardening/manicured lawn service. They also cover things like park landscaping, street lighting, park security, and refuse and gas bottle collection.
This is an additional cost you need to pay and is a requirement as part of your site license agreement. Ask our sales team for more information.

Subletting is a great way to make some money and help cover the payment of your pitch fees. We offer subletting at our Brynteg, Par Sands and Pentire parks. Either you can choose to manage this yourself or choose our sublet management service that will take the effort out of subletting for you. You can expect a charge for any sublet service to cover managing holiday bookings, cleaning and linen changes, however this fee is normally taken as a deduction from the holiday booking with no upfront charge to you.
