No, Park Leisure works in partnership with a number of major lenders including Barclays and Black Horse Finance (part of the Lloyds Banking group). Our sales teams are on hand to discuss financing options and arrange for quotations upon request.

If you are an existing caravan owner on another park but are unhappy with your current location, we will happily consider the relocation of your current holiday home to a Park Leisure park. A full appraisal of your current holiday home will be required and a full move-on quotation be supplied (including charges for disconnections, collection, transportation, delivery and re-connection) Alternatively we can also offer a quotation to part exchange your holiday home with us, and start afresh. Please feel free to contact your chosen park who will be delighted to discuss further, you can find a list of our parks here.

Absolutely. We will always happily consider a part-exchange, so please bring specific details of the holiday home you own with you when you visit the park so that we can give you an indication of the allowance we will give towards your new purchase.

Yes, if you've decided to upgrade from touring home to static we'll work out a part exchange deal specifically for you. If you currently have a finance agreement on your touring caravan/motorhome please inform a member of the sales team on-park. In some circumstances, we may be able to contra-settle this for you. Just speak to one of our on-park team members for more details.

The site fee varies from park to park. Please feel free to contact your chosen park who will be delighted to provide further details.

Upgrading with Park Leisure is simple, hassle-free, and more affordable than you might think. A member of the Park Leisure team will discuss how to go about this as part of your welcome meeting.

In addition to the annual site fees, you must also allow for the necessities of insurances and utilities bills. It is an essential part of our ethos to always aim to keep these as low as possible, however costs are often dictated by external market forces.
