Our loyalty card system ensures a fast and seamless experience as payment in our clubhouses and across our parks.
Our innovative TouchTopUp system will allow you to manage your loyalty card online; from checking your balance to topping up and reviewing purchases.
Following a call from our Aftersales Team your loyalty card will be processed and sent to your park Sales Office for collection. You will then receive an email from TouchTopUp asking you to register for an account so that you can start using these great online features.

The Owners’ Priority Reward cash card is a prepaid cash card and is an alternative to carrying cash on-park. It is similar to a gift card to look at, which will enable you to pay for food and beverages in the clubhouse - plus you'll be part of an exclusive owner reward scheme with various promotions throughout the year. It is sometimes referred to us as a Loyalty Card.
Getting a card is simple. All new owners will automatically be sent their card to their park Sales Office upon completion of their holiday home - please allow a couple of weeks for this to arrive.
If you haven't received your card within a couple of weeks please speak to a member of your holiday parks reception or sales team or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your name, Customer Number (CUS******) and holiday park.
Remember to sign up to the Owners Lounge to find out the latest offers for your Owners Priority Reward cash card as well as what is happening on your park.
Once you receive your card it will be ready to use straight away, with no activation required! You will receive an email from the TouchTopUp system once your loyalty card has been sent out to you. Registering for the system is completely optional, however, it will give you the ability to manage your loyalty card online, from checking your balance to topping up and viewing previous transactions.
You can top up your Owners’ Priority Rewards cash card at any till point on your park or by logging in at Touchtopup
You can top up your card at any till point at the park using cash or a debit/credit card. Alternatively, should you choose to register for the TouchTopUp system you will have the ability to top-up your card online. You will automatically receive an email from TouchTopUp inviting you to register once your card has been issued. If you have already signed up to the TouchTopUpSystem you can log in here.
You can use your card at any till point on the park.
There is no minimum or maximum amount.
All owners will receive one primary card, however, if you require a second card on your account, you can request one by emailing email@example.com with your name, park, and customer number.
If you lose your card please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of staff will contact you to arrange a replacement card. Your current balance will then be transferred to your new card. Please note that Park Holidays UK does not take responsibility for any cash spent on your card if lost or stolen. We advise that you treat the card as you would cash.
You can use your card on any Park Leisure Holiday Park or any of our sister holiday parks at Park Holidays UK.
No, you cannot use your Owners Priority Reward cash card to pay towards your Water, your Rates or Pitch Fees. However, it can be used towards gas bottles, electricity, the drain down service and some other park services. Please check with your Park Manager for full details.
There are several information points in and around the Park where you will be able to get support with using your card and your online facilities. You can also pop into any Reception or contact the General Manager for assistance.
