Your Customer Care Team will be available to assist you in any queries you may have, however, to ensure the safety of you and our team members we have made some changes to our reception areas. Our reception on park will be limited in terms of the numbers of people that can access the building at any one time and this will be clearly signposted. At the same time though you will always have the option to contact our customer care team via email and/or telephone in the first instance. Whichever way you choose to get in touch, we will ensure that you continue to receive the same great service in a way that is safe for us all.
Due to Government guidelines, in relation to Covid-19, we have introduced some additional park safety rules that are required to ensure the safety of you and our team. We would ask that you please read these park rules carefully and we thank you in advance for ensuring that these additional safety measures are followed at all times.
If anyone due to visit our park is feeling unwell, for the safety of all owners and our team, you must not travel to your holiday home on park. During your stay on park, it is also imperative that if anyone staying in your holiday home feels unwell, demonstrating any of the symptoms of Coronavirus, you must seek medical help immediately and report this to our team on park.
As you have not been able to access your holiday home for some time we strongly recommend that you flush all outlets (hot & cold taps and showers) prior to use as a safeguard against possible contamination.
Many of our additional services are available including holiday home cleaning, decking cleans, ordering of gas bottles etc. However, some of our services have unfortunately been cancelled in order to comply with our Governments safety guidelines. To enquire about any of our services, please contact your Customer Care team on park
The Health and Safety of our guests and team members is our number one priority and we are delighted to say that all of our holiday parks have been awarded a COVID Secure Certificate. This means we have followed all government guidelines to give you reassurance that our parks are safe and ready to welcome you.
