Our reception on park will be limited in terms of the numbers of people that can access the building at any one time and this will be clearly signposted. At the same time though you will always have the option to contact our customer care team via email and/or telephone in the first instance. Whichever way you choose to get in touch, we will ensure that you continue to receive the same great service in a way that is safe for us all.
If anyone due to visit our park is feeling unwell, for the safety of all owners and our team, you must not travel to your holiday home on park. During your stay on park, it is also imperative that if anyone staying in your holiday home feels unwell, demonstrating any of the symptoms of Coronavirus, you must seek medical help immediately and report this to our team on park.
With previous guests awarding us a 92% satisfaction rating in 2019, we take extreme pride in the cleaning of our holiday homes. Your holiday home has been cleaned by our housekeeping team, all of whom have received comprehensive Covid-19 training, using approved products to provide you with a safe and comfortable stay.
To ensure your safety, regarding social distancing, we are required to ask you to vacate your holiday home by no later than 9.30am. This allows us the additional preparation time required to ensure the holiday home is cleaned and ready for the next owners’ arrival.

When you arrive on park please make your way immediately to your holiday home. The key will be left outside on a table for you. If you do need to visit reception, please sanitise your hands using the dispenser available when entering the Park reception area. You will find further signage to help guide you on park.
You can be rest assured that we already operate to the highest cleaning standards and all of our cleaning team members have received COVID-19 training and use recommended cleaning products that are known to kill the virus. We will also ensure all the windows are left open and on their latch to allow for fresh air to circulate around your accommodation.

The opening times of some venues may currently be different to those shown in your guide so we recommend you check these by visiting the venues website.
